How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. That deletes your account and the data attached to it. It can't be undone.

I'm not getting notifications when it's my turn.
First check that notifications are turned on for PolyCiv in your device settings. If they are, the game may simply be on a long timer — turn timers run anywhere from one hour to seven days, and whoever created the game picks the length. A quiet stretch is often just that.
I bought gems and don't see them.
Gems belong to your account, not to your device. Sign in with the same Game Center or Google Play Games account and your balance — plus anything you bought with it — comes with you. There's no separate restore step. If they're still missing, email us with your purchase receipt.
How do I report a player?
Email us at jaimeamonc@gmail.com with the player's display name or friend code and what happened.
How do I add a friend?
Share your friend code with them, or enter theirs.
